Cristal Bistrot – ibis Styles Palermo Cristal’ lounge bar, is available to guests during their stay in the summer months.

The outdoor area is the perfect place to sip a cocktail, mixed by our skilled bartender with a delicious selection of typically Sicilian appetizers and snacks created by our kitchen brigade; caponata, couscous, taboulè, local “panelle”… these are the ingredients of the perfect happy hour in Sicily.

Cristal Bistrot is also the place to taste the dishes of the local wine and food tradition; in fact, it could also be an alternative to our indoor restaurant so guests can choose to enjoy their dinner en plein air.

The ibis Styles Palermo Cristal Bistrot is located next to the hotel, in the ZTL zone, and it is also available to non-resident guests by reservation at 091 50 70 649 or on The Fork
